Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days (14 days for pre-owned items).
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Including all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Shipped via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • Missing parts of the item.

Condition of Returns

All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees of 10-25% for used or damaged returned items. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. 

Non-Defective Returns

We’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as not liking the size, style, or other personal preferences if the product is not defective. This is because returning an item involves high costs for shipping, customs, and duties, which are charged to the customer. For this reason, refunds and exchanges are only available for items that are faulty or damaged.

Return and Exchange Period

You may exchange or return new items for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Packaging and Shipping Instructions

  1. Packaging: Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  2. Invoice: Include the invoice and specify the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please describe the defect.
  3. Labels: Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Note: ZaneLuxe does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Return Fee for Initial Shipping Costs

All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from ZaneLuxe to the customer deducted from the return.

What to do if there is a discrepancy with your order.

If you notice any discrepancies with your order, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact ZaneLuxe immediately to make any necessary corrections. Please note that product discrepancies must be reported to ZaneLuxe within 3 days of delivery in order to be eligible for replacement. We kindly request that you do not use any items that you believe are incorrect, as doing so may void our ability to exchange or replace them. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Return Shipping process for orders with a discrepancy

To begin the return process, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the received item(s). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the discrepancy was due to an error on our part.
